Icelandair Hotels Group is one of the largest hotel companies in Iceland. The company runs two separate hotel chains as well as Hilton Reykjavík Nordica, catering for all kinds of guests, operating on all kinds of budgets – and available for both business and pleasure.

Icelandair Hotels is a chain of seven, three- and four-star hotels and the other hotel chain is the Edda Hotels, a chain of 13 summer hotels, all with two- and three-star facilities. The star rating given is in accordance with the Scandinavian Classification System.

Icelandair Hotels Group entered into a franchise agreement with the Hilton Hotel Chain in October 2007 and is running Hilton Reykjavik Nordica, formerly known as Icelandair Nordica Hotel, under the Hilton Hotel Brand name.

Icelandair Hotels:
The largest hotels of the Icelandair Hotels Group are located in Reykjavik, Hilton Reykjavik Nordica, a four-star hotel with 252 rooms and Hotel Loftleidir, a four-star hotel with 220 rooms. The other six hotels belonging to the Icelandair hotels chain are in the towns and countryside throughout Iceland. They have between 22 and 60 rooms each and are rated as three- or four-star. They are considered to provide the best accommodation outside Reykjavik and all have facilities for meetings and conferences.

All the hotels are operated by Icelandair Hotels Group, apart from five hotels outside Reykjavik, which are run according to a franchise agreement allowing them to use the trademark of Icelandair Hotels. Icelandair Hotels are:

Edda Hotels:
Hotel Edda chain consists of 13 hotels which are located around the country and are open only during the summer. Most are run in student quarters and lodging areas of schools and each have between 21 and 204 rooms, with varying amenities. The star rating is from two (Hotel Edda) to three (Hotel Edda PLUS) and the chain is highly regarded in Iceland. Edda hotels are:
