Surroundings are beautiful with a mountain view to the north and east. The landscape varies between holes with challenges found in bunkers, ponds, ditches and the river. Accuracy is required more than power and distance.

The course and club house
The club was founded in 1971 and until 2014 its history has been marked by insecurity regarding future location for the course. The present home of the course has now been secured for the future to come with the ownvership of the land by the Community and a 18-hole course is on the drawing board. The golf course architect Edwin Roald will design the changes and enlargement of the course with the main aim of combining nature and golf experience with other uses of the area such as hiking and horse riding. The design of the area is planned to be of benefit and positive experience to all inhabitants in the area as well as visitors all year round.
Club-house with a restaurant and pro-shop. Rental of clubs, trolleys and a golf-car. Practice area includes driving range, pitching green, putting green, bunker, ball machine and a 5 hole par-3 course.
